Hi, I'm Deborah, an average sort of person, married to a nice guy, Christopher, and mum to 26 year old Tim and 18 year old James. So far, so boring really.

But just 12 years ago both our boys had autism. I was exhausted, heart broken and desperate, our relationship was distant and strained, we were struggling financially, Tim was unutterably miserable, and James was withdrawing more and more into his own world.

This is the extraordinary bit. We have walked through a journey of healing. Complete, utter, no-trace-left healing of autism in all its various and odious manifestations.

So while I ignore the ironing pile, dirty dishes and smelly dogs, I will try to share with you what I learnt from the Word - to encourage you, give you strength and hope - for your own journey.
